Our next monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 4th January 2023 at 7.00pm
This month we will be departing from the usual format & not having a guest speaker. Instead join us for refreshments and a friendly chat.
It’s a great chance to share tips & get support from peers. But there’s no pressure to share anything you don’t want to.
We’d also love to get some feedback on Depression Xpression from you. What is working well for you? What is not working so well?
