The Connection Between How We Eat & How We Feel: Support Group at RISC 8th June 2026

Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 8th June 2026 at 7.30pm.

In this session Corina Gheorghiu will explore the connection between nutrition, energy levels and emotional wellbeing through both a practical and compassionate lens. Drawing from her own burnout recovery and weight-loss journey, alongside her corporate leadership background and coaching training, she reflects on how stress, nervous system overload, food choices and modern lifestyles can influence mood, energy, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.

The session will also gently touch on themes such as neurodiversity, emotional overwhelm and the realities many adults and families face navigating stress, ADHD traits and daily life demands. Rather than focusing on rigid diets or perfection, the session encourages realistic, sustainable changes that support both physical and emotional resilience over time.

During the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.

Corina has completed the Animas Centre for Coaching Diploma in Transformative Coaching and is currently gathering the required coaching practice hours for certification and accreditation with ICF, EMCC and AC. Corina’s coaching work focuses mainly on burnout, stress, emotional wellbeing, boundaries and sustainable lifestyle change, combining practical tools with a compassionate, grounded and realistic approach.
