Our next monthly support meetings in Wokingham is on Wednesday 3rd November 2021 at 7.00pm. Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 20 people, so booking is essential if you wish to come along. Judy Claughton will lead a session on Mindfulness Meditation.
You are invited to enjoy a gentle exploration of practical mindfulness meditation techniques, with short discussion on the science behind mindfulness and how this can change the way you feel. Led by BSOM accredited meditation teacher Judy Claughton from www.balancetime.co.uk, Judy has been practicing meditation for over 15 years and has used it to help overcome anxiety and depression. Judy says “For me meditation is like a friend you can call on at any time of day or night to help you with life’s challenges. A friend who helps me get a fresh perspective and can clear the cloud of depression to bring back hope.”
