Nutrition and Lifestyle for Mental Health at RISC: Support Group 14th November 2022

Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 14th November 2022 at 7.30pm.

Maria Paula Goncalves will be talking to us about nutrition for brain health and the role of exercise, sleep, stress management and positive relationships to mental health.

After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.

Maria originally qualified as a Food Engineer with a Master’s degree and a PhD in Food Science, and is now practicing as a nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, as well as a Functional Medicine Health Coach certification. For over 15 years, she has conducted research, teaching and outreach activities in the field of Food Science and Technology.
