Self-Compassion: Wokingham Support Group 3rd August 2022

Our next monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 3rd August 2022 at 7.00pm

Rekha Kapoor will deliver an interactive session on self-compassion.

The focus of the session will be on: –

  • The importance of self-compassion
  • How to build your own self-compassion backpack
  • Practicing a self-compassion meditation

Rekha is a qualified registered nurse, mindfulness teacher and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She has over 30 years’ experience of supporting people with their physical and mental wellbeing in the NHS. Along with mindfulness, self-compassion has been fundamental in helping her improve her psychological wellbeing.

After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.

Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 20 people, so booking is essential if you wish to come along. Please register your free place through Eventbrite at the link below.
