Improve your Sleep at RISC: Support Group 12th September 2022

Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 12th September 2022 at 7.30pm

Dr Lindsay Browning will talk about solutions to sleep problems.

Is sleep a problem for you? Dr. Lindsay Browning has solutions! As a chartered psychologist, neuroscientist and author on the subject, she is in demand nationally and internationally as an authority on sleep. So if you’d like to learn about Circadian Rhythms, Sleep Apps, Creating Scenarios or even how to make a Sleep Smoothie, come along and get your questions answered.

After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.
