Sleep Study

Please join in with Dr Lindsay Browning’s study on the effects of the coronavirus social distancing measures on sleep. The research, in collaboration with Leicester University, will help to understand how people deal with stressful situations and what can be done to improve wellbeing and sleep at such times in the future.

You will be asked to answer a 15-minute questionnaire, and then to keep a 2-week sleep diary. You will then be contacted again at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months to check how your sleep has changed.

There is also a chance to win Amazon gift vouchers of 2 x £50 and 5 x £20, which will be given to randomly selected people who take part. Please share the survey with partners, friends, colleagues and contacts, as we want to get as many UK adults as possible to participate.
