Our next monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 3rd January at 7.30pm.
This month we will be departing from the usual format & not having a guest speaker. Instead join us for refreshments and a friendly chat.
We’ll be reflecting on the past year, celebrating surviving it & planning some self-care for the coming year. It’s a great chance to share tips & get support from peers. But there’s no pressure to share anything you don’t want to.
