Berkshire West Your Way is offering a free Health and Wellbeing session for Depression Xpression on Wednesday 25th May in partnership with Healthwatch and Berkshire West CCG. There will be a vaccination team, pharmacist and GP on site to offer COVID vaccinations and to talk about giving up smoking, getting your blood pressure checked, how to live a healthy lifestyle, and worries about returning to ‘normal’.
