Compass Recovery College, Reading, has launched its new schedule of courses for July to August 2022. It provides free courses and social groups for anyone in the area aged 18 or over who may be affected directly or indirectly by mental ill health.
On Wednesdays in July and August they will be at Reading Central Library or in the Forbury Gardens (weather permitting) for:
• Improving Resilience and Motivation
• Improving Self-Esteem
• A Good Night’s Sleep
The regular drop-in Social Sessions will continue to run during this time:
• Coffee and Chat, Tuesdays at the Biscuit Factory 10.30-11.30
• Walk-Talk-Walk, Fridays in Palmer Park 10.30-11.30
Gardening for Wellbeing will also be drop-in on Thursday afternoons from 2.00-4.00

Compass Recovery College is a mental health organisation under Reading Borough Council based in Reading. Focused on the message that recovery from mental health challenges is both likely and possible with the right tools. All courses are free and available without the need for a referral.
