Our next monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 2nd August 2023 at 7.00pm
Susie Hurley from Berkshire Wellness Circle will be hosting a drumming session where we play with rhythms and create an improvised group sound. Drums and percussion will be provided and no experience is required. This sounds like a fantastic opportunity, so we encourage you to come along and have a go.
After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.
