Coronavirus (COVID-19)With regret, our physical meetings are suspended until further notice. While lockdown continues, we are hosting online Zoom meetings on Monday evenings at 7.00pm. We have also created a WhatsApp group and a Facebook Messenger group for you to keep in touch and share your concerns during this difficult time – please join our Facebook Support Group to gain access to these resources.

Anxious? Sad? Depressed? Isolated?

Don’t suffer alone, come along and make new friends who understand how you’re feeling. We have speakers and demonstrations on subjects surrounding depression and anxiety as well as group discussions and a chance to share with friendly, non-judgemental peers.
