Mind is a national charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. It also campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Mind offers two confidential mental health information services, the Mind Infoline on 0300 123 3393 and the Legal Line on 0300 466 6463 (Both 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays).
