Ridgeline helps people to learn new skills, regain lost skills and improve mental and physical health in a beautiful garden in East Reading.
Ridgeline offers horticultural therapy sessions costing £20 per half day. The sessions are guided by horticultural therapists and supported by volunteers. Activities vary according to individual needs, abilities and goals and also depend on the weather and the time of year. This can include seed sowing, potting-on plants, dead-heading, weeding, watering, and digging. All equipment and tools are provided.
You can contact Ridgeline directly to arrange a visit or book sessions. Referrals are also taken from family members and carers, health and social care professionals.
